Opening today, the 200 square metre store, which includes a tea salon, will provide visitors with breakfast, brunch, light lunch and supper options, as well as the company’s afternoon tea.
The store will sell honey, jam, marmalade, Florentines, shortbread, and Fortnum & Mason’s musical biscuit tins.
In keeping with the time of year, Christmas biscuits, mince pies, Christmas puddings, and Christmas tea and coffees will also be on sale.
To mark the opening, the Fortnum & Mason chefs have developed a range of English sweet and savoury tarts, made according to recipes from Tamasin Day-Lewis’ new cookbook, Smart Tart.
