Yorkshire craft bakery Lottie Shaw’s looks set to see its products delivered nationwide after signing up distributor Hider Foods.
The Lottie Shaw’s brand said it had seen continued success in the independent retail market, with sales up 25% in the first quarter of this year.
As part of its growth strategy, the company is looking to extend the reach of its baked goods, including Seriously Good Yorkshire Parkin, Yorkshire Parkin biscuits, Yorkshire Parkin Pudding, and Gingerbread men.
Joanne Jesper, buyer, Hider Foods, said: “We have built successful trading relationships nationally and look forward to helping to establish the Lottie Shaw’s brand in the UK.”
Hider Foods supplies speciality fine foods and premium products to retailers and wholesalers nationally.
