Artisan bakery Spinata&co will open its sixth outlet in London’s Mayfair this month.
The authentic Italian bakery and food-to-go outlet will open the new flagship store on 19 July, which was set up by Stefano Nicolai who used to work in the financial sector.
Spinata&co offers a range of sandwich products using an authentic flat Roman bread as part of it offering, including a dedicated breakfast line.
This year, the company won the only Platinum Award presented at the British Sandwich Association Industry Awards in the Independent Sandwich Bar category.
