New ‘hop on and off’ safety training launched

Flexible Level 4 Food Safety Courses are now being offered for food manufacturers by the Society of Hygiene and Technology (SOFHT).

They are now available in a flexible carousel format to cater for the busy schedules of senior managers, to ensure their training is still of the optimum quality without the need to leave the business for days at a time.

The modules in the five day food hygiene course are will be run one day a month, over five consecutive months, totalling 40 hours of guided learning.

Courses will also run consecutively meaning if a manager has to miss a module they can enrol on just that one module on the next course.
