Known as a no-bake, the bars, founded in the 1950s, are chilled rather than cooked, and are therefore a quick and simple vegan option for bakers.
They contain three layers: a chocolate, coconut and biscuit base, a custard buttercream centre, and a chocolate top.
Speaking to British Baker about the products, Morgan said: “I want to encourage people to add to the repertoire of items they offer in their bakeries and include at least one vegan option.”
Ms Cupcake founded her vegan business in 2010 and, a year later, was crowned Rising Star at the Baking Industry Awards 2011.
Based in Brixton, London, her firm was the first vegan bakery in the city.
