Delice de France has opened its customer innovation centre in Covent Garden, London.

The new facility provides state-of-the-art chef-to-chef facilities and a centre of training excellence, with the aim to drive innovation and food solutions for hospitality businesses and customers.

Customers will be able to taste products, and expert chefs will provide training and development in baking, food service and learning.

Thierry Cacaly, managing director, said: “At Delice de France innovation is key to our business and we passionately strive to help our customers stand out from the crowd. The Coup de Pates range reaffirms our position as baking industry experts.

He added: “With our new Customer Innovation Centre we create more opportunities for collaboration with our customers, in order to better understand their needs and the needs of their consumers, allowing us to develop the most contemporary food solutions.”

With the new facility also comes a monthly ‘bake off’ campaign, which focuses on industry insights and market trends to help maximise sales.
