Family-run bakery, Paul is looking to expand its UK business, after Jean-Michel Orieux became CEO last year.

The bakery will open two new stores outside of London to add to the 31 Paul bakeries throughout the capital.

Four more are also set to open in the city alongside a new refurbishment programme.

Stores on Gloucester Road and Holland Park, are a few of the six bakeries being revamped before Christmas, with new retail and seating areas for a more comfortable but authentic French style.

Paul is opening in Marylebone with a new look and menu adding a range of salads and tartines, including a classic patisserie, Brioche Perdue.

The business also released its first restaurant last month at the back of its existing bakery in Covent Garden. Le Restaurant de Paul offers affordable, French cuisine.
