This Sunday British Baker, along with a host of industry experts, will be at the annual Bakers’ and Butchers’ Fair!

Pre-registration has now closed, but never fear, you can still come along and register on the day for free.

Exhibitors will fill the showground with stalls, giving you the chance to chat to professionals and get information on products. What’s more, the winner of Britain’s Best Loaf will be announced on stage at the event, as part of a line-up of entertainment.

The stage will also host presentations and demonstrations throughout the day. Chris Foxhall at The Village Bakery will be talking about new product development and innovation, in a bid to ensure bakeries stay ahead of competition.

As well as talks, Stephen Hallam, managing director of Dickinson & Morris will be doing a pork pie demonstration.

The event will be hosted by none other than Keith Chegwin, famous for programmes like Multi-Coloured Swap Shop and Cheggers Plays Pop, who will present awards in the Britain’s Best Loaf and National Pie competitions.
