Coup de Pates, formerly Delice de France, has launched a Christmas brochure featuring seasonal products to help caterers profit this year. 

The selection is available until 17 January 2015 and includes traditional festives ingredient such as chocolate, raspberries, warm spices, mincemeat, turkey and cranberries.

Lines include mini Christmas macaroons, a pastry filled with vanilla custard and cranberries and flowerpot muffins in Winer Spiced; Gingerbread and Treacle; and Chocolate and Orange flavours, mince pies, large pre-portioned cakes, winter breads and other products.
