The store opened this week and will serve customers from 4am to 11pm, with the Starbucks Evening range available from 4pm each day. The store is operated by SSP UK and is located in the domestic arrivals area.
Evening food on offer includes tapas-inspired dishes, such as chorizo and prawn skewers with chilli ketchup to truffle macaroni and cheese and braised British beef.
Edinburgh is the second of Starbucks’ UK stores to trial the evening concept following the “successful” launch at Stansted Airport earlier this year. The new store is part of Edinburgh Airport’s £150m five-year development programme, which has seen huge investments in retail and food and beverage offerings in the terminal.

We’re confident customers will love this new Starbucks offer and are delighted to open the second UK Evenings store, and the first in Scotland, at Edinburgh Airport.”

Pret A Manger has also just announced its first evening trial site at its Strand site, which offers similar services.
