Ahead of the BBQ season, the bakery, which is currently building a new site, has created three new flavours. including a sunflower seed, olive and tomato and onion demi-baguette.
Speciality Breads managing director Peter Millen said: “With a buoyant UK foodservice sector, our NPD team are tireless in scouring the world to keep up with the latest trends, techniques and styles. Our demi-baguettes have always been a strong area for us, so with this artisan flavoured range, we are confident that we can drive further growth during the summer season and beyond.”
The company, based in Margate, bakes over 100 types of breads, which are frozen for wholesale.
It was established in 1996, and uses Red Tractor-certified flours to create products.
