Marks & Spencer has been trending on social media over an advert for its vitamin D-enriched bread.
The advert stated ‘Putting the D in Bread’ - which the younger generations and urban-dictionary savvy customers found highly amusing, after associating ‘the D’ with a penis.
Twitter, as social media so often does, erupted into conversation about the advert.

A bit of a cock-up or genius publicity stunt - the advert has definitely grabbed some attention.
