A Hall’s Quality Bakers lorry caused a road closure in Stroud on Saturday, after it rolled down a grassy verge and into a stream, reported the Swindon Advertiser.

The lorry was on a regular delivery at approximately 4.45am when it began its descent down the hill and into the stream. The driver was unhurt in the incident.

Halls Quality Bakers, based in Stroud, is a fourth-generation family run business, established in 1902. It has nine delivery vans. The company could not be contacted for comment this morning.
