BakeMark UK (Wirral, Merseyside) has developed a range of cookies and doughnut mixes, which are licensed with Nestlé.
The company's indulgent Rolo doughnut is made with toffee and topped with a chocolate icing and real toffee pieces, while BakeMark UK's Toffee Crisp doughnut is filled with toffee sauce, and finished with milk chocolate topping and Toffee Crisp pieces.
BakeMark UK has also developed a range of cookies, made with Yorkie chocolate, which come with point-of-sale material.
