The Belshaw Mark VI Automatic Doughnut System is a mid-sized doughnut production system with automated depositor, proofing, frying and glazing.

For wholesale units or larger bakeries, the Century Modular System produces from 2,000 to 8,000 units per hour, depending on frying time.
