Calling all bakery professionals, this is your last call to book yourself a place at the Baking Industry Awards, with only a handful of places up for grabs.
The awards evening, held at the Park Lane Hilton, London, on Wednesday 7 September is almost a sell-out, so those aiming to attend the evening are recommended to act swiftly.
The awards have been split into 10 categories to reward excellence across the UK bakery sector. The guest host will be former England rugby international Matt Dawson, who will present the honours.
These include the top accolade of Baker of the Year, as well as the Outstanding Contribution Award, the winner of which is chosen through a nomination process.
The evening will provide the ideal opportunity for the UK’s baking industry to network with fellow baking professionals from across the country, and a three-course dinner and entertainment will be provided.
