Délifrance has launched two new pastries aimed at maximising catering opportunities in the longer days and lighter evenings throughout summer. The first is a lighter Viennoiserie, an apricot fruit basket, topped with half a Moroccan apricot.

A raspberry and custard basket, filled with 16% raspberry jam and topped with light crème patisserie, has also been added. The products are ready to bake from frozen, taking 15-18 minutes, and come in packs of 30.

"In our 25th anniversary year, the additions to our Viennoiserie range also incorporate inspiration from other international food cultures such as Morocco," said Délifrance UK’s category manager Lucy Pickersgill.
