Brighton-based bakery Forfars has introduced a third Forfars 2U van as it continues to “fine-tune” a delivery concept to industrial estates. MD Tim Cutress told British Baker the 24-shop company has launched a delivery round from its Burgess Hill store, as well as two existing rounds from its Ruslington store. The vans carry a range including soups, savouries and sandwiches.

Dried fruit specialist Unsoy UK has just signed an exclusive agreement with Holland’s YME Kuiper to stock, sell and market a range of seeds and nuts in the UK.
