IMA Food Equipment (stand C470) will be displaying machines from the Food Tools range of traybake and cake cutters, including ultrasonic and mechanical types. Shown for the first time in the UK will be the CS-RS mechanical cutter, which can cut both tray bakes and round cakes.
This is aimed primarily at smaller craft bakeries. Visitors are invited to turn up with products that are a challenge to cut and to try the ACC10USRW ultrasonic tray sheet cutter, which can cut up to 120 trays an hour. Also on display will be the cheesecake crumb press, crumb spreader and CS4 round cake cutter, as well as BKL water chillers and the new single-, double- and three-inlet Universe electronic water meters from Baktec.
