Peyton and Byrne heads to Brighton

25 January, 2013

Restaurant group, retail bakery and events business Peyton and Byrne has secured a new contract in Brighton.

From March this year, it will operate all restaurants, cafés and bars throughout the Royal Pavilion & Museums and Brighton Dome.

The Royal Pavillion & Museums were impressed with the group’s innovative, creative ideas and strategies to improve the catering offer in Brighton’s cultural quarter, according to Peyton and Byrne – founded by renowned restaurateur Oliver Peyton.

There is a staged refurbishment to begin in March, which will be carried out over several months.

Oliver Peyton commented: “I am delighted to be returning to Brighton, which we feel is the perfect location for our first out-of-London launch. We look forward to flying the flag for quality British food in this creative and dynamic area, alongside both Brighton Dome & Festival and the Royal Pavilion & Museum.”
