(Southall, Middlesex) has introduced several varieties of filled pastries and pies.

These include: the individual festive mince pie; the Luxury Mincemeat Tart with Almonds; Mincemeat and Amaretto Finger - a puff pastry lattice; the Winter Spice Muffin, with nutmeg flavour; the fruity Cranberry and Orange Muffin; the Cranberry and White Chocolate Cookie; and the Cherry, Chocolate and Cranberry Festive Bundt Cake.
