At IFE, County Armagh-based Irwin's Bakery, will be promoting its Rankin Selection range of traditional Irish breads, which the company launched in partnership with celebrity chef Paul Rankin, four years ago.
The Rankin Selection range, which includes Stone Ground Wheaten, Cinnamon & Raisin Fruit Soda, Brown Soda Bread, Cheesy Toast, Honey & Raisin Wheaten, Sliced Fruit Soda, Soda Farls, Potato Farls, Sour Cream & Chive Potato Farl and Barmbrack, is free from hydrogenated fats and yeast.Also at IFE, Irwin's will exhibit its new Guinness Whole Grain Bread and Irwin's new Howell House cakes and biscuits.
