The role of baked products in health and wellbeing and giving value for money are two of the topics up for discussion at the Federation of Bakers' annual conference, on Wednesday, 16 May, at One Great George Street, Westminster, in London.
Dame Deirdre Hutton, chair of the Food Standards Agency (above), will give the keynote address. Ross Warburton from Warburtons, Brian Robinson, chief executive of Allied Milling & Baking Group and Miles Warnick of Premier Foods will also be on the podium, along with Marks & Spencer's Guy Farrant, who will give a retail presentation.
