Curing a red nose: "In some it is chronic; in others it only comes on after meals; in a warm room; if excited; or after exposure to the sun, wind, or very cold weather. An excess of waste matters in the system is the primary cause. Hot fluids and foods make matters worse. Cure: Cut the meals down to three a day, take them at intervals of five to six hours, take all the foods and drinks cool."Next week: washing your hair
