Five bun spice flavours Natural, KJB, Citrus Zest & Vanilla, Complex and Cinnamon Bark have been developed by Unifine Food & Bake Ingredients.

The flavours comes in liquid format for easy blending and each individual spice has been produced for use in enriched fruit breads and doughs such as stollen, teacakes, morning goods, Christmas cakes, biscuits, pastries and hot cross buns. Minimum order is 30kg.
