Rank Hovis (stand J201) will feature a working bakery producing a range of samples throughout the four-day show. A team of bakers will be showcasing the versatility and quality of the company’s branded flours through demonstrations in the open bakery, says the company.
These will include mini breakfast bacon rolls made from Granary, White Granary, Best of Both and Hovis Wheatgerm, served from 9.30am to 11am, and complemented with a Rombouts coffee. At lunchtime, the bakery will serve bread fresh from the oven and, in the afternoon, there will be mini cream tea scones, made from the newly formulated Polar scone mix, available between 2pm and 3.30pm.Rank Hovis will exhibit a range of mixes including its latest limited edition mix – Honey and White Chocolate Bliss – as well as information about new limited edition mixes for 2006/07.
