Mitchell & Cooper is offering a new range of silicon moulds to those looking to create interestingly shaped bakery products. The Silikomart Professional moulds come in a range of shapes from traditional muffin cases to hearts, pyramids and volcanoes.

According to the firm, the moulds not only give shape and creativity to a finished product, but their thermal conductivity also ensures that they give the very best results to cooked or baked product.

The moulds can be used for chocolate, dough, sponge, pastry or even gelatine, and are capable of withstanding temperatures from -60ºC to +230ºC. They are made from 100% food-safe liquid silicon and are dishwasher safe.
