British Baker editor sets course for Siena

British Baker is pleased to announce that it has been able to retain the editorial expertise of Sylvia Macdonald, who will leave the magazine at the end of July to undertake a course in intensive Italian at Siena University in Italy.

We are delighted that Sylvia will be at the Baking Industry Awards on 7 September this year. She will then return to advise and maintain the presence of British Baker in the marketplace as editorial consultant on 1 November, and will lead the Baking Industry Awards forwards successfully into 2012.
