EAT, the sandwich shop chain, has unveiled its new look £1m flagship site on The Strand, London.

The Lyceum Capital-backed firm has also reiterated its plans to double the group’s current 116-strong estate over the next four years, creating 1,500 new jobs.

The new look features digital menu boards linked to the group’s social media sites, an open kitchen and a brighter colour scheme to the shop – which replaces the chain’s current brown and white system.

Earlier this summer, M&C Report a sister title to British Baker, revealed that the group had started a process to find a new chief executive to oversee its next stage of growth.
