Delice de France has unveiled a raft of new NPD, including a new range of “reception food” in collaboration with its sister company Coup de Pates.

According to Jon Smythe, marketing director, it is the biggest NPD launch Delice has ever done.

The new products in Delice’s new catalogue have been launched in response to six ‘super’ trends: little treats, healthier eating, easy breakfasts, food to go, world food and nostalgia.

The range includes: apple and oats bread turnovers, and scrambled egg and tomato turnovers, which have been designed as a healthier alternative to a morning pastry.

The brand is also tapping into the emerging demand for Caribbean food with the exclusive launch of two Levi Roots pasties – in chicken and beef.

For its Coup de Pates catalogue, Delice de France cherry-picked the French foodservice brand’s best-selling favourites to offer the UK a touch of French gastronomy. The range includes savoury canapés, petit fours, bread rolls, and Viennoiserie.

Coup de Pates produces premium frozen food for caterers and chefs, from savoury bites to café gourmand.
