A London independent bakery and food-to-go business will look to open four outlets in the next 12 months as part of an expansion plan.

Pure, which bakes its own flatbread, wholewheat wraps, croissants and pastries for both morning and lunch-time trade, will look to open its next store on 30 July on Shaftesbury Avenue in London’s Covent Garden.

A further three are planned in unknown locations in London throughout the next 12 months.

The firm said its new outlet will feature a theatre-style kitchen, where customers can view the preparation of products.

The company’s existing locations include Beak Street in London’s Soho district, as well as its Pure Fitztrovia outlet on Goodge Street.

Pure’s directors include Edward Bentley, a fully-qualified master baker and previously operations manager for EAT at its first store, as well as Spencer Craig who use to work for international financial services firm Morgan Stanley.
