The Federation of Bakers’ will focus on skills in the baking industry at its Annual General Meeting in Salford on 7 May.

The AGM will be hosted by journalist Stephanie McGovern, who presents the business news for BBC Breakfast.

The AGM will be followed by a half-day Bakery Skills Forum, featuring a presentation by Justine Fosh – CEO of the Food and Drink National Skills Academy.

Panellists include Angela Coleshill, director of employment skills and corporate services at FDF, with others to be confirmed shortly.
