International bakery giant Brioche Pasquier has launched a new range of French macarons available for UK foodservice operators.

A box of 36 frozen, assorted macarons will be available in the UK, and are made in France.

The products have a shelf-life of 18 months from frozen, and are available in vanilla, pistachio, coffee, raspberry, lemon and chocolate varieties.

The French business announced last year that it would be building a 250,000sq ft bakery in Milton Keynes for completion in December this year, as it expands in the UK.

The company expects to create more than 200 jobs at its new £70m bakery, its first manufacturing site in the UK.

The French family business currently only has an office in Milton Keynes and imports its range from France.
