Pan’Artisan has launched a new kitchen facility by hosting a workshop with the Craft Guild of Chefs.
The chefs took a tour of the factory before learning about different doughs in the Hands on Dough workshop.
Chris Dickinson, Pan’Artisan’s NPD director and master baker, who ran the course, said: “Our new facility has been a while in the planning but now we are going full steam ahead, inviting customers to get hands-on with our products.
"We want to demonstrate just how easy it can be for them to work with dough balls of all types so we will be holding training sessions and using the kitchen for new product development with them too. It was a privilege to be able to host our first one with chefs of such prominence.”
Pan’Artisan is offering six places on upcoming Hands on Dough workshops later in the year.
All you have to do is email enquiries@panartisan.com with your name and contact details stating ‘Hands on Dough workshop’ in the subject line. Six names will be drawn after 31 July 2015.
