Miller recalls ‘low gluten’ flour

Wessex Mill has recalled some of its spelt flour which contains gluten because they are labelled “low gluten”. 

The company Clarks (Wantage) has revealed two products are affected: wholemeal spelt bread flour 1.5kg and white spelt bread flour 1.5kg with a best before date up to 03/09/2016.

The products are a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to gluten.

It has asked customers with an all an allergy or intolerance to gluten to return the product to the store from where it was bought for a full refund.
