French patisserie manufacturer Brioche Pasquier has expanded its catering range with its Bulles de Fruits line of frozen choux buns.
The bite-size buns are filled with fruit mousse made with real fruit and cream and finished with a fruit glaze.
They come in six flavours – raspberry, strawberry, lemon, passion fruit, blackcurrant and peach – and are available in a 48-piece box.
