Dawn Foods has added chocolate and caramel flavours to its four-strong Glossy Icings collection. 

Available now in 14kg pails, the spreadable icings join the existing vanilla and dark chocolate variants.

Free from palm oil and hydrogenated fat, the quick-drying SKUs can be flooded, dipped or spun to create “eye-catching effects” or applied to items such as doughnuts in the traditional manner, the bakery ingredients producer said.

Earlier this month, Dawn Foods launched three new limited-edition flavours to its frostings range.

Bubblegum, Mango & Passionfruit and Mojito flavours were designed to help bakers “capture the essence of summer”, the business said.
