Paul launches summer éclair collection

London-based high street bakery and patisserie, Paul, is to launch a new éclair range next month called Eclectic Éclairs: The Summer Collection.

French artisan bakery and patisserie Paul will launch the new deluxe éclair range next month in flavours including sweet strawberry, zingy citrus, and candied coconut.

The company said: “They are handcrafted with traditional light choux pastry, generously filled with refreshing flavours, and topped with a variety of fresh summer fruits, crunchy nuts and melt­in­your­mouth chocolate.”

The selection includes:

Éclair Fraises, £3.75: mascarpone and strawberry jam, lined with fresh strawberries

Éclair Pistache £3.55: pistachio mousseline cream with a crunchy craquelin top and flaked pistachios

Éclair Noix de Coco £3.40: filled with light, refreshing coconut cream and topped with coconut flakes

Éclair Citrus £3.50: orange, lime and grapefruit cream topped with soft meringue and candied orange segments

Éclair Paris Brest £3.55: almond flaked choux pastry with praline-flavoured cream and crunchy caramelised hazelnuts

Éclair Chocolat £3.25: a rich layer of glazed dark chocolate with chocolate-flavoured crème

Eclectic Éclairs can be purchased individually (from £3.25) or in boxes of six (£20). Available in all Paul shops across London from early May, they can be pre­ordered for collection or delivery within the M25.
