The French brasserie, patisserie and boulangerie Aubaine will launch its first Aubaine Deli in London’s Covent Garden on 22 August.

Originally planned for the end of July, The Aubaine Deli will be open all day and offer a range unique to the outlet, “rooted in the brand’s French heritage, but with a modern twist”.

The seasonally changing menu will offer a range of products freshly made in Aubaine’s bakery, including new products from its signature boulangerie and Viennoiserie range, sandwiches made from Aubaine’s own breads, and French breakfast dishes alongside salads and sharing boards. A selection of hot drinks, tea, coffee and juices will also be on offer.

The store will offer a table and takeaway service, and will have indoor and outdoor seating. As with Aubaine’s 11 existing brasseries, which are all in London and Dubai, the Covent Garden venture is designed with what the company described as “a true blend of cosmopolitan style reflecting Aubaine’s Provençal roots”.

Aubaine’s nine London restaurants are in Brompton Cross, Regent Street, Kensington, Mayfair, Wimbledon, Selfridges, Marylebone, Broadgate Circle and Hyde Park.
