Bakery finalists announced in Product Excellence Awards

The Caterer has announced the shortlist for the 2016 Product Excellence Awards.

The shortlists for the awards, which “recognise excellence and innovation in food, drink and equipment products within the hospitality sector”, according to The Caterer, have just been announced.

The finalists in the bakery category are:

• Coup de Pates for its White & Rye Sourdough Bread sheets

• GB Biscotti for its Parmesan & Fennel Biscotti

• Pan Artisan for its Focaccia Romana

The winners will be announced on 1 December at Westminster Kingsway College, London.
