Wales-based business Clam’s Handmade Cakes has unveiled its new range of pre-cut loaf cakes.
The range is available in three variants, including White Chocolate & Chia Seed, Strawberry & Pistachio, and Banana & Cranberry.
Lewis Phillips, sales manager for Clam’s Handmade Cakes, said the ability to pre-cut its handmade loaf cakes would become beneficial to its customers.
“We are guaranteeing the same high-quality handmade cake whilst giving it a commercial edge by consistent portion sizes,” he said. “The flavours we have decided to go for are on-trend and at the same time original.”
The handmade pre-cut loaf cakes are available through a number of wholesalers frozen or can be purchased ambient directly from the bakery.
The business, established in Abergavenny, South Wales from 1981, has moved to larger premises on two separate occasions due to increased demand for its cakes.
It opened a bakery in Ebbw Vale in 2014, which is fully equipped with a test kitchen and development room.
