British Baker spent a day with one of India’s leading food distributors, TJUK Trade Networks, which showed multimedia reporter Ashley Williams the process of delivering baked goods from start to finish.
Williams was given a first-hand experience of how distributors transport baked goods around the Mumbai area. We visited several small independent retailers known in India as ‘mom and pop’ stores. (See blog for more details).
