Gluten-free brand Schär is launching four new bread and biscuit products.

Schär, the UK’s fastest-growing gluten-free brand according to IRI data, has developed a gluten-free Deli Style Sourdough Bread, Hamburger Buns, Choc Chip Buns and Viennese Biscuits.

These are designed address the growing consumer appetite for baked goods, according to the company. According to Kantar, bread is currently the number one sector in gluten free, and Schär bread is the most often bought in the category.

Inspired and developed by Schar’s master bakers, the products are made “using traditional recipes and only the best-quality ingredients”.
