Lily Vanilli launches the Battenbun for Easter

London bakery Lily Vanilli has come up with an Easter bakery hybrid that is taking social media by storm.

The new hot cross bun/Battenberg cake hybrids will be available this weekend at East London’s Lily Vanilli bakery, where they will be given out on a first-come first-served bakery.

They are the brainchild of celebrity chef Anna Olson, from Food Network's Bake with Anna Olsen, and comprise an almond, cinnamon, apricot and marzipan icing atop a pink and yellow hot cross bun.
