Craggs & Co, a commercial spelt flour producer, has launched an online store.
Craggs & Co is the only large-scale producer of spelt flour grown, harvested, milled and stored in the UK that comes with the Red Tractor and TASCC seal of approval, as reported by British Baker in April.
Stephen Craggs (pictured), managing director of Craggs, said: “We decided to launch an online ordering system as we appreciate many of our customers work outside normal office hours. We want to make it as easy as possible for our customers to place an order with us at any time of the day.
“Customers can create an account where they can view previous orders and prices to help monitor their expenditure.”
Craggs has also recently undergone a rebrand, and the new packaging features “eye-catching artwork”, according to the firm’s head of marketing Kate White.
