Roberts Bakery has revealed its plans for the business, including the roll out of more ‘innovative’ NPD in May 2018, following a major relaunch in September 2017.

The rebrand saw a new logo rolled out across the range and co-incided with the introduction of NPD including Gin & Tonic Fun Buns, Fiery Corn Ready-to Rolls and artisan bloomers.

Potential products “under development”, according to the business were those used at the Sky High Tea event such as a loaf containing camembert and rose jelly, as well as mini loaves seasoned with turmeric and stuffed with courgette and mushrooms.
