Kute Cake has launched artisan brownie boxes and made its products available nationally for the first time.

The business, which was founded three years ago and has previously focussed on cupcakes, is selling the brownies in a box of eight for £24. They can be produced with standard or gluten-free flour, and are available in four selections:

  • Dark & Decadent: Four dark chocolate brownies topped with cherry ganache and finished with caramelised almonds; and four dark chocolate brownies topped with dark chocolate ganache and finished with dark chocolate flakes.
  • After: Four dark chocolate brownies topped with mint ganache and finished with crystalised mint; and four dark chocolate brownies topped with dark chocolate ganache and finished with dark chocolate flakes.
  • Fruits: Four dark chocolate brownies topped with mango and finished with cacao nibs; and four dark chocolate brownies topped with strawberry and finished with freeze-dried strawberry.
  • Nuts: Four dark chocolate brownies topped with cold brew coffee ganache and finished with caramelised hazelnuts; and four dark chocolate brownies topped with cherry ganache and finished with caramelised almonds.

Kute Cake was founded in East London in 2015 by Iram Chaudhry, who has a PhD in microbiology and said she uses her research and analytical skills to create her products.

The business’s cupcake flavours include traditional treats such as Red Velvet and Vanilla & Chocolate as well as more inventive creations including Mango, Banana, Hazelnut & Amarena Cherry.

Kute Cake has previously supplied cafés, offices and food markets, and is now also making products available online for national delivery.
