British Baker’s annual Baking Industry Awards is quite simply the biggest night in the bakery calendar.

In addition to offering fantastic food and entertainment – and the chance to honour stand-out individuals, businesses and products – it is a premier networking event.

Many of the top names in bakery retail and supply – from artisan bakers to the heads of multinational businesses – will be attending the event at the London Hilton on Park Lane on 5 September.

And, with a drinks reception before dinner and after-dinner entertainment until the early hours, there are plenty of opportunities to mingle and make new friends in the bakery community.

But, don’t just take our word for it, here is what some of the industry’s leading figures have to say about the event:

“The BIAs are the highlight of the bakery calendar and a privilege to be part of, always graced by the most important players in the industry”
Tesco category director Gordon Gafa

This is a marvellous industry and this is a great occasion where you can celebrate with some very skilled and forward-thinking people; so get amongst them
Renshaw technical sales manager Chris Gibson

The Baking Industry Awards are a very well organised event and a great chance to catch up with colleagues, customers and suppliers
Délifrance UK marketing director Stephanie Brillouet

Lots of key people to network with and old colleagues to meet up with. Great value for money. Also great team-building event for our staff
Carrs Foods managing director Jeremy Gilboy
