Mono Equipment has hosted a chocolate workshop for bakers, run by master chocolatier Beverly Dunkley.

During last month’s event at Priestley Bakers in Slough, Dunkley demonstrated how to create a range of chocolate products, with skills including enrobing handmade chocolates, decorating chocolate with printed transfer sheets and creating Easter-themed chocolate products.

She also discussed the ingredients and equipment required to create chocolate products, using Mono Equipment’s Gami Chocolate Enrobers and Tempering machines throughout the session. 

Chris Huish, independent director of UK sales at Mono Equipment, said after the event: “I would like to thank everyone for attending and I hope the masterclass gave the participants an insight into how they can easily create a delicious range of mouth-watering chocolate.”
