Improve and William Reed, publisher of British Baker, are joining forces to hold a training conference on 30 October.

Bakery employers, trade associations, retailers and training providers are being invited to the One Voice conference, which will include short presentations on Improve’s new National Skills Council and flexible NVQs and SVQs, followed by an hour of workshops and feedback, giving attendees the chance to air their views.
